When it comes to apartments…. Those are only positive reviews. I will say right away that these are the best apartments that I have rented in recent years. The living area is very comfortable. The renovation is fresh, the designer has worked on the apartment, and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything you need is available. The landlady Anna-Maria is always ready to help you. every three days, change bed linen, towels, and room cleaning. The apartment is located 12-15 minutes walk from the centre of the village. But the plus is that you will be away from noisy streets, and most importantly, you will have a private beach. In mid-June, we were alone on the beach, in early July, beach visitors were located 10 meters apart. For comparison, I am attaching photos of the beach near the apartments, and the beach in the village (I hope you don’t mix it up). 10 meters from the sea, its own terrace area. The terrace is made very competently, separated from the sea by a glass fence and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. This is the best terrace area on the coast. Looks very stylish and functional. The beach is small pebbles. Walking on pebbles, a good foot massage. The seawater is crystal clear. The entrance to the water is gentle. . In the water, in front of the apartment, there is a kind of "coral reef", be sure to take a mask and snorkel. You can watch the marine life. Lots of fish. Children will be delighted. I continue the review: As for the choice of which apartments to rent, with sea or garden views? Two apartments are identical, first and second floor. Plus the first floor, has a large outdoor terrace for eating and relaxing outside. The terrace will be in the shade from morning to evening. If you want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, but at the same time look at the garden, then you are on the first floor. The second floor has a cosy balcony, two sofas, a table and chairs. You can relax on it, drink coffee, and wine, eat fruits and look at the sea. Eating in the morning and at lunch is convenient indoors. For evening relaxation and barbecue there is a large and beautiful table outside. It is cosy to sit at this table in the evening when it is already in the shade. We had an apartment with a sea view and I was very happy with it. Of all the taverns in the village, I liked the Bistro Greek Food located in the village and the tavern chef George. Good service and excellent cuisine. “Star Rent A Car” rented a car. If you have time and a car, I advise you to visit Thessaloniki and be sure to visit the Meteora monasteries, the monasteries were very impressive. I rate it 10. If possible, I will return here again.

" we have recently spent 12 gorgeous days at Ananda Homes. When I first saw the house it was love at first sight new, sparkling clean, modern furniture, quiet, has everything you need inside and outside. It is situated in a good area of Pefkohori , there are only very classy villas around which made us feel very safe. The house is a nice green yard away from the beach. The beach in front of the house is calm and clean and it is almost private.. the water has this amazing green colour and is so clear! The owners are very nice people, they responded fast to every text/ phone and answered all our questions. They were very flexible with our arriving time which was after 11 in the evening but that was not a problem for them. We were a group of 8 and we had a lot of space for all of us. So my only regret is I didn't stay enough at this great place.We will try to come back next year if covid will be so kind to allow us. "

Perfect holiday for big family with kids and a dog Ananda Homes is perfectly situated away from Pefkochori crowded streets but at the same time is close enough to all local amenities. Our host Anna-Maria was waiting to familiar us the house and the beach. The house is very well maintained although the heavy usage and the cleanliness was immaculate. The sundeck was well equipped with sun-beds and big umbrellas and with the breeze was a good escape from the heat on the beach. The loan was well trimmed, the dog and the the kids adore it during the evenings. The kitchen has all the appliances if you decide to cater yourself and a quality charcoal BBQ outside. Anna-Maria recommended us as well a couple of good places to eat as well so we did a bit of both.

Great place, great vacation. Everything was just great. Direct access to the beach. Not a crowded one, shallow water, excellent for kids. Very good internet connection (for those who take the office with them 🙁 ). Even on the beach, the wireless signal is strong. I think this should be mentioned because I had before 'free wifi' which was available only on some 'hot' spots and with a very bad speed. But this is for real. Kitchen fully equipped, we did not missed anything! Grill, bike, sun beds, sun umbrella, water toys for kids. A quiet place, close to the town center (but not too close, so no traffic or night life noise). The host is a very nice person. Nothing to complain about ...

Everything! It was more than we expected.

Just to sum it up: it was fabulous. For us adults, but also for our two kids. The location is extremely good, just by the sea, the view incredible. The house is extremely well furnished, covering all needs, from the kitchen to the bedroom. And the temperature inside, great, without even using AC. Each bedroom has a fan and it is more than enough (we did not use it that much). And Ana is great, always answering to requests, always asking if we need something. I fully recommend this house and their owner.
