SeaView Suite

The upper suite of the block has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room, a bathroom and a WC. The off-white grey and the intense lines characterize all the furniture and all the rooms, giving to the sight of the wood a minimal and at the same time a nostalgic view, always emphasizing on the traditional Mediterranean style. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tolls, combining the modern design with the comfort and utility. The dining room is located between the big windows and the balcony door, giving the sense that you are out, under the shimmering of the natural light and in front of an unbeatable view, where the light blue of the sky reflects on the whiteness of the room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, faithful to the plain lines and the naturalism of the wood. The second room has two single beds with the same aesthetic. In each room there is roof fan, whereas in the rest areas there is air-condition. The apartment majestically ends in a furnished balcony with a view to the golden beach and the deep blue sea.

Our Location

The AnandaHomes is located in the Toronean gulf, in Pefkochori Chalkidiki. In the cosmopolitan Pefkochori you can find many fish taverns and restaurants, night clubs and beach bars, you can as well go around the alleys of the village with the graphic shops. A small paradise is waiting for you, so close and so far as you need from the house development, so as to be able to cover all of your needs. " we have recently spent 12 gorgeous days at Ananda Homes. When I first saw the house it was love at first sight new, sparkling clean, modern furniture, quiet, has everything you need inside and outside. It is situated in a good area of Pefkohori , there are only very classy villas around which made us feel very safe. The house is a nice green yard away from the beach. The beach in front of the house is calm and clean and it is almost private.. the water has this amazing green colour and is so clear! The owners are very nice people, they responded fast to every text/ phone and answered all our questions. They were very flexible with our arriving time which was after 11 in the evening but that was not a problem for them. We were a group of 8 and we had a lot of space for all of us. So my only regret is I didn't stay enough at this great place.We will try to come back next year if covid will be so kind to allow us. "

Even the cups, plates, utensils and everything in the kitchen are in line with the colors of the furniture. The terrace is spacious and beautifully furnished, the small private beach too. Perfect holiday for big family with kids and a dog Ananda Homes is perfectly situated away from Pefkochori crowded streets but at the same time is close enough to all local amenities. Our host Anna-Maria was waiting to familiar us the house and the beach. The house is very well maintained although the heavy usage and the cleanliness was immaculate. The sundeck was well equipped with sun-beds and big umbrellas and with the breeze was a good escape from the heat on the beach. The loan was well trimmed, the dog and the the kids adore it during the evenings. The kitchen has all the appliances if you decide to cater yourself and a quality charcoal BBQ outside. Anna-Maria recommended us as well a couple of good places to eat as well so we did a bit of both.

Great place, great vacation. Everything was just great. Direct access to the beach. Not a crowded one, shallow water, excellent for kids. Very good internet connection (for those who take the office with them 🙁 ). Even on the beach, the wireless signal is strong. I think this should be mentioned because I had before 'free wifi' which was available only on some 'hot' spots and with a very bad speed. But this is for real. Kitchen fully equipped, we did not missed anything! Grill, bike, sun beds, sun umbrella, water toys for kids. A quiet place, close to the town center (but not too close, so no traffic or night life noise). The host is a very nice person. Nothing to complain about ...

Just to sum it up: it was fabulous. For us adults, but also for our two kids. The location is extremely good, just by the sea, the view incredible. The house is extremely well furnished, covering all needs, from the kitchen to the bedroom. And the temperature inside, great, without even using AC. Each bedroom has a fan and it is more than enough (we did not use it that much). And Ana is great, always answering to requests, always asking if we need something. I fully recommend this house and their owner.
